About Me

I'm a UI/UX designer with 8 years of specialized experience—20+ years in product design overall—who loves crafting intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. My work ranges from supporting grassroots community businesses to leading enterprise-level projects, consistently centered on creating designs that solve real-world problems and resonate with users.

My path to UI/UX wasn’t linear, but it was intentional. In 2015, I spent three months living in Austria. That time gave me a fresh perspective not only on life, but also on how people interact with the world around them. It was an experience that sparked a shift in my career mindset.

When I returned home, I knew it was time to refocus my design career. I dove into user-centered design, began building new skills, and found myself reenergized by the challenge of shaping digital experiences with purpose and clarity.

At home, I’m a husband and proud father of two. Family life teaches me daily about patience, empathy, and adaptability—qualities that shape both my life and my design process every day.

I’m always exploring new ways to grow as a designer, a collaborator, and a human. Whether wireframing, leading a sprint, or simply listening, I bring curiosity, experience, and heart to every project I take on.

Design, for me, is not just a career—it’s a lifelong journey of learning, connecting, and creating thoughtful experiences that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I am ready for that next experience.
